Firstly what is a Joint Venture Partnership (JV)?

• We at DPD like to always see a JV as a strategic partnership between two individuals or businesses on a project or property which is Win-Win for both parties.

• There are several reasons why many people would want to JV with us, some examples include we have significant experience in property which involves a network of highly specialised professionals. A huge benefit of JV with us means you can share our power team and their proven experience, whether it be in conveyancing, construction or structuring lending deals. 

• We also mitigate risk for you! We are highly experienced in analysing whether a certain property strategies could work in certain locations and we always have three exits to a property deal to de-risk the project for JV's and ourselves. 

• You can pool your resources with us, we can share costs and also share any risks too. 

• We only agree and sign off on JV's when both parties are completely happy and satisfised with the structure of the JV, we are extremely flexible and professional but more importantly, want you to be happy!
